I want someone to open a wine bar/coffee shop/knitting store in my neighborhood. There's a coffee shop/wine bar in a strip mall that has closed recently, but would be a perfect location. I keep daydreaming of the many activities it could host: moms knitting morning (with childcare!), wine and knit nights, kids classes, etc. I don't really want to run it, but I want someone else to.
