Henry's first day of school

Henry's first day of school was delayed by his sister's accident, but he started today in the 2-day toddler program. He cried angrily when we left, but was happily eating a muffin when we picked him up this afternoon. His teachers said over and over how sweet he was (but we knew that). He also charmed everyone at the hospital on Tuesday with his dirty face, one shoe and sassy attitude. He has gotten a lot less attention this week because I've focused so much on Margaret, and somehow he seems older all of a sudden. He spent all day Tuesday with his grandparents until the race to the hospital, and spent the night with only his dad. Then today he was at school. It's like he's all grown up.
Here he is, upset because Daddy went outside to feed the dogs without him.
