it's time

Since my last attempt at blogging nearly 4 years ago included lots of mentions of myself and my life as dull and/or boring (I could not even come up with more interesting adjectives for boring), I realized that my life then was in many ways far more intriguing than what happens to me on any given day now. Except that now I chase an infant and 2 dogs around a postage stamp-sized house and pretend to perform the activities required of a "homemaker." Surely, I can find some way of making this blog slighly less self-deprecating.

It's time to do it again...
